Due to the nature of our product, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
The product must be in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase

Our support team will provide return instructions and address details.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable
We do not refund opened or used products unless there is a verified quality issue
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace it at no cost to you.
